You'll optimise heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for large-scale Passive House projects, provide technical support, and coordinate MEP documentation for certification. Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

Join MosArt as a Building Design and Surveying Technician and be a key player in shaping large-scale sustainable projects. You'll survey, analyse, and interpret architectural and MEP designs to support Passive House energy assessments. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit required. Passion for sustainability and attention to detail are essential.

Join MosArt as a Building Physics Consultant/Thermal Bridge Modeller and play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable architecture. You'll analyse construction systems, model thermal bridges, and provide expert recommendations for Passive House and Part L compliance. Strong knowledge of building physics, heat transfer, and sustainability required.

MosArt is looking for a Senior Sustainability Engineer to oversee large-scale Passive House projects. You'll manage design teams, focus on MEP, building physics, airtightness, and thermal bridging, and ensure high-quality project delivery. PHPP experience is a plus, but training will be provided. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
