Silken Park Housing Scheme, developed by Durkan Residential, is Irelands first developer-led spec-build housing scheme located in Dublin. This project features 59 dwellings consisting of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes, with architects BBA leading the design. MosArt served as the Certifier for this project and additionally, trained the subcontractors in Certified Passive House Tradesperson ensuring the highest quality workmanship.
